How to moderate the forum..

You All asked me or told me in post that u cant "moderate a forum" like make it sticky and stuff ...
i made it that u can just go here press on MODERATE THIS FORUM:

And Choose a topic and its Done ! !! ! :! :!!: !:
or u can enter a topic and press on moderate this forum easier u see only the topic u presses on it
